Better - Value Compatible - contain a New Long Life Drum and up to 40% new components - average defect rate 1% to 2%.

BEST - Premium Compatible (includes Character Choice) contain a New Long Life Drum and up to 80% new components - as close as you can get to OEM - average defect rate is under 1%
