Our returns policy is very easy to understand.

First, here's the simple version:

If it's our mistake, you'll receive full credit.  If it's your mistake, you'll pay a 15% restocking fee.

Now, here are the specifics:

If we ship you a defective product, we will pay the cost of return shipping or authorize you to throw it away.  We will also give you the option of:

• A replacement
• A full refund
• Full credit towards another item

If we ship you something you didn't order (a mis-pick), we will pay the cost of return shipping or authorize you to throw it away.  We will also give you the option of: 

• The correct item
• A full refund
• Full credit towards another item

If you want to return a product for any other reason (if for instance you simply ordered the wrong product for your machine), a 15% restocking fee will apply, and you are responsible for paying for return shipping (and insurance, if desired).  You have the option of receiving your credit as a refund or applying it towards another order.  Additionally, the item(s) you return must be in resalable condition.  Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase.
