TIP: If your new black (OEM or Compatible) cartridge doesn't work, put a piece of black tape on the back side of the cartridge above the label. If the cartridge is stored on the wrong side, the ink drains out of sensing area into the wick. Now you can use the cartridge, but it will not indicate when empty other than voids when printing.
